Mark your calendars for the WHPOA Annual Meeting, which will be held at 7PM on MONDAY, May 5, 2014 at Harbourtown Pizza King. Elections will be held for the 2014—2015 Board positions. If you are a West Harbour homeowner, who has a vision for our neighborhood, likes working with good people, that is interested in preserving our property values, maintaining our common areas, keeping our dues at a reasonable rate, as well as, improving our neighborhood, consider placing yourself on the ballot for the 2014 Board of Directors.
Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt, takes place on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at 12 NOON in the pool/commons area! (Please note the time of the hunt has been changed from 10AM to 12PM.) Bring a container to collect your eggs! The grassy area next to the parking lot is for children 5 and under, and the commons/park area for children 6 and up. There will be prize baskets for those who find those “special” eggs! Please contact our commons director, Jessica McKamie, if you are available to help out with stuffing and hiding the eggs.
The WHPOA Annual Assessment for 2014 was mailed to all homeowners the first week of February, and is payable on or before March 1, 2014. Annual dues have not increased for 2014. This is a friendly reminder that this Monday, May 6 is the Annual Homeowner's Meeting. As usual, it will be at the Pizza King in Harbourtown Center at 7 pm. We will be reviewing the budget, discussing all the great improvements in the common/pool area as well as the details of the opening of our 2013 pool season! Please keep in mind that this is a non-election year so no voting will take place.
Hope to see you there!
